What We Do

Every engagement is different, but the work falls into six categories. Most clients start with one and expand from there as they see results and identify new opportunities.

01

AI Strategy and Roadmapping

Before committing budget to implementation, you need to know what's actually worth building. We spend time with your team, map your current operations, and identify the workflows where AI will have the clearest and fastest impact. You walk away with a prioritized plan, not a generic list of AI use cases that may or may not apply to your business.

This is a good starting point if you've been meaning to do something with AI but haven't known where to begin, or if you've been pitched tools and want an independent perspective on what's actually worth pursuing.

Operations assessment, opportunity prioritization, ROI modeling, vendor evaluation, and build vs. buy analysis.

02

Process Automation

This is where most of our clients start, because it's where AI delivers the most immediate, measurable result. We identify the repetitive, high-volume work your team is doing manually and replace it with automation that runs reliably at scale. A recent engagement with a nationwide inspection company is a good example: inspectors were manually converting field data into formatted reports, and the AI now handles it automatically. The same pattern applies to billing workflows, service records, client deliverables, and data entry across ERP and CRM systems.

Common targets include report generation, document processing, data extraction, scheduling, approvals, and internal routing. If your team does the same thing more than 50 times a month, it's worth a conversation.

Report generation, document AI, data extraction, workflow automation, scheduling.

03

AI Integration

The best AI implementation fits into how your team already works. That means connecting AI capabilities to the platforms your people use every day, whether that's a CRM, a field operations app, an ERP system, or a proprietary internal tool. We handle the data pipelines, the authentication, the error handling, and the documentation so the integration actually holds up in production.

Integration is where many AI projects fall apart. We've seen what happens when it's rushed, and we don't rush it.

API development, CRM integration, ERP connectivity, data pipelines, field software.

04

Custom AI Solutions

Sometimes the right answer isn't an existing tool configured for your workflow. It's something built from the ground up using your data. We build custom language models, AI agents, document understanding systems, and machine learning pipelines for clients whose problems are specific enough that off-the-shelf options fall short.

Custom work requires more upfront investment, but the output is a capability that competitors can't replicate because it was built around your specific operation and your data.

Fine-tuned models, AI agents, document understanding systems, ML pipelines, predictive models.

05

AI Training and Enablement

A deployed system that your team doesn't trust or understand is a waste of the investment. We design training programs that meet people where they are, from frontline staff learning a new tool to leadership teams wanting to understand what AI means for their strategy and their industry.

We don't do generic AI awareness workshops. The training we deliver is specific to the tools you've implemented and the decisions your team actually faces.

Team workshops, executive briefings, tool-specific training, adoption programs.

06

Ongoing Advisory

An AI system that worked well at launch may need tuning six months later as your volume grows, your clients' expectations shift, or better underlying models become available. Our ongoing advisory relationships give clients continued access to Ben for questions, optimization work, and expansion planning without the overhead of scoping a new project every time something needs attention.

This is how most of our long-term client relationships work. We stay involved because the problems worth solving tend to evolve.

System monitoring, performance tuning, strategic check-ins, expansion planning.
