Founded by John Jackley, a 30-year veteran of the auction and recovery industries, the company handles 400 to 500 inspections per month across heavy equipment, commercial vehicles, oilfield assets, and full business liquidations. Their clients range from regional auction companies to some of the largest fleet operators in the country.
When auction clients needed inspection reports, PROInspected's workflow relied on Excel. Inspectors would compile asset data and field photos into a spreadsheet, send it to the client, and the client would handle converting it into something presentable. The process was slow, inconsistent, and put unnecessary work on both sides of the relationship.
